This dish has become one of my and hubby’s favorite meals. We prepare it at least once a week, but substitute the pasta for dark greens instead. This meal is out of this world and packed with veggie-packed meatballs and basil. By stealthily sneaking kale into meatballs, you’ll have a way to get everyone to eat their greens. And because we really want to make it that easy, we’re serving them with some guaranteed crowd-pleasers: a thick and hearty tomato sauce, and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

Once an island in the Mediterranean Sea, the appellation of La Clape is home to many brightly colored species of birds, including the flamingo. This pretty pink rose is named for the descriptive word that characterizes a group of flamingos — a flamboyance. With juicy, fresh fruit flavors of peach and strawberry on the palate, this delightful wine is lovely to sip on its own, although it would also make a delicious accompaniment for fresh salmon or tuna.
