How to make Veggie Noodles

There’s nothing like Spaghetti with Meatballs, or Bolognese Sauce. When you know how to make veggie or zucchini noodles in this case, there’s no need to be deprived of such classic dishes! Trading processed food (high-carb pasta) for another serving of healthy low-carb vegetables? Now that’s nutritious. It’s a great way to eat whether you’re grain-free or not. Power to the Zoodles.

Here is how to make Zoodles in 2-ways!

I make zucchini noodles two ways. The first way requires little effort. We cut the stem off the zucchini then use the handy dandy Edofiy Spiralizer to turn the zucchini into noodles. Nothing more. No prepping or cooking of any kind. The second way requires a little work. Again, I remove the tips from the zucchini and use the tool above to make the noodles. Next, I saute the zucchini noodles in a pan with olive oil and seasoning as described in the recipe below.

Wondering how to make zucchini noodles? I hope I’ve shown you that they’re not only healthy, but easier to make than regular pasta! Voile, serve them with your meatballs.

  • 1 pound zucchini

Ingredients
  • 1 tsb olive oil
  • 1 pound zucchini
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
  1. Place minced garlic in pan with olive oil. Cook garlic for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add zucchini and stir for 2-3 minutes until noodles are al dente. You don't want to cook them for too long as they tend to get mushy and will not taste as good.
  3. Serve with your meatballs.
