I looove bagels and when I went gluten-free 2 1/2 years ago, I thought my love affair with bagels had come to an end. Just the realization of giving them up made me cringe. But, these gluten-free bagels have made that thought a moot point. The Paleo Bagels make a great on-the-go breakfast on Saturday morning. It is sooo yummy. I like to use salmon cream cheese spread (fresh, and bought at our local organic store) with cucumbers and tomatoes on top or you can serve it with soup of your choice. These bagels will sweep you off your feet. They are also very easy to make, just like the other breads in our Paleo Bakery.
Ps! Oh yes, before you start baking, make sure you buy a bagel pan. To make the bagels even more interesting put your favorite herbs or seeds on top. I for one, love the ‘everything’ or ‘sesame’ bagels and put the same toppings on top. It’s the best. Good luck and let me know how you liked them!
