I have been having cravings for waffles and will share with you a gluten free, non grainy home made waffle recipe. This is it.  Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour (try almond flour if you like almonds. I usually use almond flour in majority of my baking recipes.) hasn’t let me down yet.  It’s literally a 1 to 1 easy replacement for most recipes calling for regular flour.  I’m in love.
