I have to admit this to you: stupid advice in the weight loss industry makes me laugh.
Because when I see things like:
– 16 ab busting exercises to get you toned and fit!
– The 9 superfoods that make your life 10x more awesome (in 5 minutes a day!!)
– How Oprah lost 60 pounds – NEW diet
… I want to violently smash my head against the wall.
Listen, you don’t need 16 ab exercises – you need 2 or 3.
You don’t even need to be eating superfoods and all this crap – just eat a little better, or eat more veggies.
And who cares how Oprah lost 60 pounds, because a year later, she gained a 100.
The most important truths in the world are often simple principles.
For example, here’s something you can do (today) to see incredible results.
Something as simple as just picking a few, key daily habits (have a green smoothie, cycle the intensity of your exercise, swap white flour with whole wheat flour) can produce DRAMATIC changes in how you look and feel.
Then track them.
And then each week see how well you stuck with them. If you did a good job, make it 1% harder.
